7-Eleven garners more than $1.5 million in media value from Undercover Boss
DALLAS -- 7-Eleven Inc. made a big splash on Sunday by receiving more than $1.5 million in media value on one of CBS's newest hit shows, Undercover Boss. According to media evaluation firm Front Row Analytics, Dallas-based 7-Eleven received $1,591,966 in media value through verbal mentions, signage and uniform logos by a total of 65 sequences.A CSP Daily News Poll that asked "Did you watch the episode of CBS's Undercover Boss featuring 7-Eleven president and CEO Joe DePinto?" found thatclose tohalf of the nearly 200 respondents said no.Nearly 40% said [image-nocss] yes. (The rest said that they have recorded it, but not watched it yet.)

This show has distorted the line, at least temporarily, dividing the stereotypes of blue and white collar workers. With each episode focused around a single company and brand, it is an unbelievable opportunity for these businesses to gain valuable media exposure and impressions," said Eric Smallwood, vice president of project management for Front Row Marketing Services.

The next episode of Undercover Boss, which gives a sneak peak of the restaurant chain White Castle, airs Sunday, February 28th at 9:00 PM EST on CBS-TV.
