Earth Biofuels Opens Second Biodiesel Retail Station

Facility offering BioWillie fuel

DALLAS -- Earth Biofuels Inc. has opened its own biodiesel truck stop/service station located in Grenada, Miss. The opening follows the company's initial biodiesel station near Jackson, Miss., opened more than a year ago.

The opening was marked by the attendance of Mississippi state senator, Cindy Hyde-Smith, who said, I cannot think of anything better we can do for the agricultural and farming community than what we are doing here today.

Another Mississippi state senator in attendance, Perry Lee, said, I see a tremendous potential [image-nocss] for this industry, especially for the soybean farmers in the state of Mississippi.

Also in attendance were star of stage and screen Morgan Freeman, as well as Bill Luckett, Dennis McLaughlin, and Tommy Johnson, all members of the Earth Biofuels board of directors.

Earth Biofuels produces and distributes biodiesel fuel through the company's network of wholesale and retail outlets. The fuel is sold under Willie Nelson's brand name, BioWillie.

The Company is focused on capitalizing on the growing demand for alternative and renewable fuels in the domestic market.

The company's website is www.earthbiofuels.net.

As reported in January 2005 in CSP Daily News, Nelson and his business partners formed a company that is marketing the fuel to truckstops. BioWillie is made from vegetable oils, mainly soybeans, and can be burned without modification to diesel engines.
