QMart is Houston-based Northwest Petroleum's proprietary convenience-store chain built "with modernity and technology at its core," according to Chief Marketing Officer Meelad Al-Arashi.

Here's a look inside the 6,330-square-foot store built in Humble, Texas ...

In addition to foodservice, bold colors and a cigar case, the QMart prototype store includes free Wi-Fi, made-to-order foodservice, self-ordering kiosks and Rainforest Alliance-certified coffee.

QMart’s made-to-order menu is crafted with freshly prepared ingredients. Self-ordering kiosks allow consumers to skip the lines and customize their order. Customers can also watch as their food is cooked.

A grab-and-go merchandiser is stocked with better-for-you fare, including whole and sliced fruit, salads and juices.

Situated next to the beer cave is an area devoted to craft beer. Customers can pick from the selection to create their own six-pack.

In addition to traditional tobacco products, QMart offers its of-age customers a variety of cigars in this locked case.

QMart offers coffee that is Rainforest Alliance-certified.
