Chevron Launches New Retail Website

Features enhanced interactivity, "Mr. Gasoline"

SAN RAMON, Calif. -- Chevron Global Marketing has launched a new retail website, www.ChevronwithTechron.com. The site features new interactive elements such as an enhanced Station Finder, a virtual tour of an Extra Mile convenience store and "Ask Mr. Gasoline," a collection of frequently asked questions about gasoline answered by Chevron gasoline expert Lew Gibbs, also known as "Mr. Gasoline," and his colleagues.

Also, information about Techron and the Chevron Cars, created as the symbol [image-nocss] of Techron and prominently displayed at Chevron stations and in print and broadcast advertising, will be highlighted throughout the website.

"Customers should expect a quality experience when they visit their local Chevron station and the same should be said for the Chevron experience online," said Glenn Weckerlin, global director, brand and product line management for Chevron Global Marketing. "Based on a wealth of customer feedback, we have created an interactive website that communicates the attributes of our stations in a way that resonates with our customers."

Chevron Global Marketing is a division of Chevron Global Downstream LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Chevron Corp. Chevron Products Co. is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Chevron Corp., San Ramon, Calif.
