Enmark Launches Mobile App

GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- Enmark Stations has integrated OpenStore, a complete digital marketing solution, into its 59 convenience store locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. By integrating this platform across its stores, Enmark stations now have the capability of connecting directly with its customer base through a branded mobile app, individual store webpages, mobile coupons and social media that includes Facebook and Twitter.

Realizing its customers have a choice of where to fill up, get their vehicles serviced and grab a cup of coffee, Enmark’s mission is to provide superior products and services that exceed customer expectations. To help them do this, they turned to OpenStore.

“We are excited to add the OpenStore mobile app as another means of communicating with our customers,” said Matt Clements, director of marketing for Enmark. “It will allow our customers to easily give feedback to us. Their feedback is critical for Enmark to achieve its end goal of customer satisfaction.

“Our vendors are excited about the integration of OpenStore, as well. We’ll work closely with them to communicate promotions and distribute coupons through this platform. They love the efficiency and affordability of couponing on the app. More importantly, it provides additional savings opportunities for our customers.”

“We help our clients identify new opportunities, make choices between those opportunities and optimize their customer experiences to attain and sustain market leadership,” said Jason Toews, co-founder and CEO of OpenStore by GasBuddy. “OpenStore is a complete turnkey social technology solution that will support Enmark’s strategies to reach their customers with targeted marketing and powerful messaging.”

OpenStore provides everything retailers need to bring modern, tech-savvy customers to their stores. This marketing platform is built and hosted by OpenStore by GasBuddy, allowing businesses to concentrate on reaching and rewarding their customers instead of building and maintaining IT systems.
