GSP Enhances Inventory Management Software

Adds critical level monitoring to POPAssetManager

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- GSP Marketing Technologies Inc. (GSP), a leading provider of retail services, said that its proprietary inventory management software application POPAssetManager now provides critical level monitoring functionality through automatic daily low inventory notifications.

POPAssetManager's new feature allows users to send a custom notification to a designated customer contact, notifying him or her as inventory quantities fall below the predefined reorder level. This critical level monitoring functionality will make it easier for retailers to keep track of [image-nocss] on-hand signage inventory, and to know exactly when to place a replenishment order.

When combined with POPAssetManager's business logic rules, which allow retailers to control inventory requests based on spending levels, the new critical level functionality will enhance the overall store communications and budget spending process.

"It's imperative that inventory levels are sufficient in order for retailers to provide high-quality store support," said Kevin Farley, GSP's vice president of marketing. "We strive to anticipate client needs in the ever-changing retail environment, and are pleased to provide this new critical level monitoring feature as POPAssetManager continues to be the industry-leading way for retailers to manage inventory."

Clearwater, Fla.-based GSP provides a variety of software applications for retailers that allow them to more quickly capture and analyze information, enabling them to target opportunities, improve execution and create success at the store level. It is a leader in strategic marketing at the point of purchase.
