GSTV, Wayne Launch InOvationTV Wholesaler Partner Program

Designed to make it easier for fuel suppliers to extend services to dealer base

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. -- Video network at the pump Gas Station TV (GSTV and Wayne, a GE Energy Business and global innovator of fuel dispensers and technologies, have launched the inOvationTV media platform Wholesaler Partner Program.

Available to fuel supply wholesalers, distributors and jobbers across the country, the new program enables the fuel suppliers the opportunity to provide inOvationTV--a fully funded, pump-integrated video platform combining Wayne's iX media system with GSTV's premium content--to their dealer base. The program is designed to make it easier for fuel suppliers to extend their services and leverage the inOvationTV media platform as a simple, cost-effective added-value solution for their customers.

In addition to the benefits to the wholesaler, the inOvationTV Wholesaler Partner Program also enables significant benefits for the wholesaler's customers. For dealers, the free program includes $25,000 (average per-station value) Capex retrofit. six-year full-service and maintenance warranty from Wayne, GSTV's exclusive broadcast-level media content and customized promotional ads for their station and products.

"The inOvationTV Wholesaler Partner Program is a strong collaboration with shared marketing and financial benefits for selected wholesalers," said Cameron Nokes, inOvationTV product manager at Wayne. "It's a mutually beneficial way for our wholesale partners to provide greater value to their customer base."

Piloted in Chicago and New York, positive feedback from the program's initial partners prompted the nationwide rollout.

"We've seen real advantages accrue from our inOvationTV partnership with GSTV," said Ron Mudrick, director of retail operations at Atlas Oil Co., Taylor, Mich. "Many of our dealer sites will benefit from improved customer loyalty and the measureable sales lift driven by inOvationTV's quality content and customized promotional ads. Because of this marked impact, Atlas is extending the program to our dealers in Indianapolis."

The inOvationTV media platform, which GSTV launched last fall following a $50 million dollar investment from Wayne, has quickly grown to become the leading forecourt media platform for gasoline retailers across country.

"Adoption of inOvationTV among oil companies and individual gas retailers has been strong," said David Leider, CEO, GSTV. "Now, having also successfully partnered with wholesalers through the inOvationTV Wholesaler Partner Program pilot in Chicago and New York, we see the potential for the nationwide program to substantially increase our market and retailer penetration."

GSTV and Wayne are actively seeking wholesalers servicing dealer groups in Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and other major markets to participate in the new program, they said.

Delivering the hard to reach, on-the-go consumer, GSTV reaches more than 32 million monthly viewers at the nation's leading gas retailers in more than 110 U.S. designated market areas (DMAs). Through its inOvationTV partnership with Wayne, the network is on track to increase its monthly reach to more than 70 million, it said.

GSTV engages, influences and drives consumers to action on behalf of its advertisers and gasoline retailers with exclusive content including news from CNN's Headline News, entertainment headlines from Showbiz Tonight, sports from ESPN, business and personal finance reports from Bloomberg TV and GSTV's original social media program, Your Neighborhood, in addition to local weather updates from AccuWeather. Birmingham, Mich.-based Gas Station TV is a Destination Media Inc. company.

Austin, Texas-based Wayne is a component of GE's 2011 acquisition of Dresser Inc. and is a global leader in the design, manufacturing and servicing of forecourt fueling solutions including dispensers, payment platforms, control systems and technology.
