Iowa 80 Truckstop Launches New Web Site

PMAA also launches redesigned site, PAC page

WALCOTT, Iowa -- The world's largest truckstop has launched a new website. The revamped site, www.iowa80truckstop.com, went live this week. "We are very excited about this new site," said Heather DeBaillie, marketing manager. "Visitors will find it very easy to use and chocked full of helpful and interesting information about Iowa 80."

Visitors can take a virtual tour of the truckstop, learn about Iowa 80's 45-year history, register their rig for the 2010 Super Truck Beauty Contest, as well as learn more about [image-nocss] the Walcott Truckers Jamboree and the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum, among other features.

There is also a section tailored to Iowa 80's employment opportunities complete with the ability to apply online. Drivers and trucking companies can explore Iowa 80's amenities as well as get information on fleet wash and fuel programs. Trucking accessory shoppers can also register to be notified of upcoming specials or buy trucking accessories online.

Iowa 80's new website can also be accessed through www.worldslargesttruckstop.com.

Iowa 80 Group, Iowa 80 Truckstop's parent company, is currently working on updating the web sites for its three additional truckstops: Oak Grove 70 Petro, Oak Grove, Mo.; Joplin Petro, Joplin, Mo.; and Kenly 95 TA Truckstop, Kenly, N.C.

Separately, the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA) recently redesigned its website, www.pmaa.org. All of the group's marketer members will be able to view PMAA's Weekly Review, Regulatory Reports, News from Capitol Hill and PMAA Today for the past 60 days in its archives.

PMAA Small Business Committee (SBC) PAC Co-Chairs Sam Bell and Gary Harris also announced the launch of the new PMAA PAC Online. Members can now access information about the PAC and can make one-time contributions to the PAC online or set up recurring contributions, including yearly, quarterly and monthly.

Arlington, Va.-based PMAA is a federation of 47 state and regional trade associations representing approximately 8,000 independent petroleum marketers nationwide.
