OpenStore is a digital marketing solution that is designed to help customers on-the-go. The QuickChek/OpenStore partnership helps enable the c-store chain to target customers with digital coupons and campaigns that are delivered directly to their mobile phones.

The OpenStore platform is built and hosted by GasBuddy, which helps business owners and managers concentrate on marketing their stores instead of build and maintaining IT systems.

QuickChek, with the help of OpenStore’s campaign services, created a complete marketing plan and training program for their employees. Customers who use the app are receiving well-targeted deals and promotions along with an enhanced shopping experience through knowledgeable in-store staff.

“Thanks to the efforts of the OpenStore and QuickChek teams, we were able to create a fresh new way to reward our most loyal customers with high-valued coupons and offers. We have also opened the door to a new stream of interaction through our feedback feature. The response has been so overwhelming we have had to change our process for responding to our customers,” according to QuickChek Digital Marketing Manager Eric Rush.

“QuickChek and OpenStore are two innovative companies working to provide customers with the products they need in today’s technology driven world. OpenStore’s partnership with QuickChek will enable them to connect with customers in a fun, innovative manner which will help drive in-store sales,” Jason Toews, CEO and co-founder of OpenStore said.

Gaithersburg, Md.-based OpenStore by GasBuddy is a solution that increases customer loyalty by providing two-way communication between convenience-store owners and customers using web technologies and custom-branded mobile applications.
