"Besides being incredibly time consuming to wade through, paper applications collected at individual store locations provided us with little insight into the big picture in terms of our hiring strategy," said Susan Schwaderer, manager of human resources administration at Sheetz. In addition, we have a pool of applicants always at the ready when we need to make a hire."
