SSA Selects VRMS Software
Powers retailers rewards program
ENON, Ohio -- Speedway SuperAmerica LLC (SSA) recently installed Valassis Relationship Marketing Systems LLC's (VRMS) loyalty software.
Using VRMS' MarketEXPERT XR and TargetEXPERT XR applications, SSA launched its Speedy Rewards loyalty program featuring real-time rewards in a variety of club and points programs. The program, which lets customers earn points towards discounts on fuel purchases and free merchandise, also uses in-store kiosks that allow customers to review their point balances and redeem points.
VRMS offers customer [image-nocss] relationship marketing software products worldwide to grocery retailers, mass merchants, pharmacies, convenience chains, wholesale clubs, telecommunications companies and the tourism industry. With customers in 10 countries, VRMS' CRM/loyalty marketing software MarketEXPERT manages more than 90 databases with more than 100 million transactions per week, it said.
The Shelton, Conn.-based tech firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Valassis, which offers a variety of marketing services to consumer packaged goods manufacturers, retailers, technology companies and other customers with operations in the United States, Europe, Mexico and Canada.
