Fast Stop Travel Centers has acquired three stores from Triple Stop Inc. in Davis County, Utah.
With the slogan "Convenience to the Max," the Triple Stop stores are branded with Chevron fuel islands. Two of the stores include Subway quick-service restaurants, including a seating area.
Two of the stores are in Layton, Utah, the third in Clearfield, Utah. The company is based in Roy, Utah.
Fast Stop said the acquisition is a step toward meeting its goal of operating 100 convenience stores by the end of 2024.
“Our goal is to build a strong presence in the Utah region, where we headquartered,” said Sam Shahram, owner of Fast Stop Travel Centers. “We are committed to keeping the Triple Stops legacy while adding Fast Stop special product selections and loyalty program.”
Salt Lake City-based Mountain West Commercial Real Estate Agent Matthew Porter represented both parties and helped facilitate the transaction.

Family-owned Fast Stop Travel Centers, based in Ogden, Utah, operates stores ranging from smaller urban c-stores to larger travel centers across Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado and Nebraska.
It offers Chevron, Texaco, 76, Conoco, Shell and Sinclair fuels. Its stores feature A&W, Subway, Taco Time and family-style sit-down restaurants, as well as grab-and-go foods. The company also owns motels and RV parks.
