Rich’s Specialty Treat Shop cookie lineup expanded with new flavors, including peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and sugar. Operators can remove the display from the freezer case, allow for thawing and place on the counter. All four flavors are available in bulk, while chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and sugar are offered in a retail-ready merchandiser. The 1.35-ounce cookies come with 120 per case with a shelf life of 365 days frozen and 21 days ambient.
McKee Foods launched Little Debbie Big Pack Zebra Cakes, which are larger-size cake formats that provide more cream than the flagship offering. The Big Pack version of the classic variety includes six large, individually wrapped yellow cakes layered with cream, covered in white icing and decorated with fudge stripes. They are available for an SRP of $4.49 per pack.

Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle launched two limited-edition seasonal treats: Brownie Brittle Peppermint and Brownie Brittle Hot Chocolate Marshmallow. Holiday Peppermint is topped with chocolate chips and peppermint flakes. Both varieties have 120 calories per serving. The limited-edition flavors are available for an SRP of $3.99 per 4-ounce bag.
