White Hen to distributes free chips at Cubs game

OAK BROOK, Ill. -- White Hen Pantry Inc. said it will sponsor the Chicago Cubs pregame activities on Monday, August 29. It will be distributing free bags of their proprietary Pantry Select Chips along with coupons for free Hot & Fresh sandwiches.

The 12 new sandwich varieties include the Pantry Favorite (Smoked Turkey Breast and Provolone Cheese), Classic Ham & Cheese, the Country Club, Roast Beef, Italian, Chicken Breast, the White Hen Special (White Meat Chicken Salad and Asiago Cheese), Pantry Tuna Melt, Three Cheese Melt, Garden Market Vegetarian, [image-nocss] Pizza Sub, and the BLT. White Hen's new Hot & Fresh Oven Toasted Sandwiches will be available at nearly all locations by the end of August.

White Hen deli-style, kettle-style chips come in eight varieties, including Salt & Vinegar and Cracker Pepper. Chips have all-natural flavors and are preservative and cholesterol free.

White Hen now offers new 12 oven-toasted sandwich varieties, all custom-made on the customers' choice of White Hen's Signature Roll or Low-Carb Wrap and with choice of condiments, vegetables and cheeses. All sandwiches are toasted- to-order for $3.79. This is in addition to a variety of popular cold, deli-style sandwiches.

Oak Brook, Ill.-based White Hen Pantry has 265 predominantly franchisee-operated stores in the Chicago and Boston areas.
