World Kitchens Undergoes Makeover

Meat snack brand adds new sizes, packaging, varieties

MINONG, Wis. -- Meat snacks company World Kitchens recently completed a brand refresh, overhauling its logo, package design and size options.

The changes include a new tagline: "World Class Jerky. Value Price."

World Kitchens packaging sizes also have been recalibrated. The changes align to customer needs and consumer demands, said the company. World Kitchens jerky now comes in three sizes: Mega (10-oz.; suggested retail price, $12.99), Jumbo (7.2-oz.; SRP, $10.99) and Snack (3.1-oz.; SRP, $5.99).

"We've always sold high-quality products at value prices with our World Kitchens brand," said Jeff LeFever, vice president of marketing for Link Snacks Inc. "With the brand refresh, we are able to better communicate that quality and value through a brand voice that resonates with the target consumer."

World Kitchens beef jerky offerings include Old Fashioned, Teriyaki, Peppered, Hot & Spicy and Brown Sugar. All varieties are available nationwide in Mega, Jumbo and Snack sizes.

The company has also introduced World Kitchens Original Turkey Jerky, made with strips of lean, white turkey breast seasoned and smoked over mesquite. This variety is 98% fat free with no added MSG. It is a product for those looking for a protein alternative to beef. World Kitchens Original Turkey Jerky is available nationwide in Mega and Jumbo sizes.
