ROCKFORD, Ill. -- Kelley's Markets, owned by the Kelley Williamson Co., Rockford, Ill., has launched a new branded Kelley's Market website and free mobile app through OpenStore by GasBuddy.

The app showcases updated gasoline prices, locations, in-store promotions and more. Customers send feedback from their mobile phone and receive time-sensitive electronic mobile coupons.
