Pinnacle Expands Team

Wilhelm named VP of professional services

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Pinnacle Corp. recently announced the promotion of Bob Wilhelm to vice president of professional services.

Based at the Arlington, Texas, headquarters, Wilhelm works closely with Pinnacle clients to conduct best practices business needs analysis and to oversee software implementation, ensuring successful utilization of Pinnacle solutions. He also coordinates the activities of the Professional Services group by acting as liaison between Pinnacle and its clients.

Wilhelm came to Pinnacle last year and brought [image-nocss] with him more than 25 years of business analysis and professional services experience with such corporations as Capgemini U.S., Total Petroleum, Software AG, Coors Brewing Co., and most recently with Dallas-based SOURCECORP, where he was a senior project manager for implementation and analysis.

Pinnacle is a provider of automation technology focusing on the convenience store and petroleum industries. It delivers products that automate the broad spectrum of convenience store operations and supply chain management of fuel operations.
