AUSTIN, Texas -- Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC has announced the addition of Brian Stevens as customer development manager for the Chicago-area market, based in St. Charles, Ill.
Stevens began his career with Jewel Food Stores and joined Mid Central Food Brokers in 1988, which eventually became Advantage Sales & Marketing. He held various positions from retail representative to business development manager for various clients in the Chicago area. He also called on several large wholesale and retail customers including Roundy's and Central Wholesale [image-nocss] for the grocery side of business.
He also has extensive experience managing and selling a number of Advantage Sales & Marketing's current client's brands already, the company said. He joins Advantage Sales & Marketing after spending a year as a regional manager for Kikkoman International Inc. for the Central Region.
