Sunoco Signs Fleet One Agreement

Card to be accepted at 4,600 locations

PHILADELPHIA -- Sunoco Inc. has forged an agreement with Fleet One LLC, a provider of financial service solutions to companies with fleets of vehicles and the merchants that serve them, that allows the Fleet One Local fuel card to be accepted at its more than 4,600 gas stations and Sunoco APlus convenience stores.

The newly formed partnership with Sunoco widely expands Fleet One's services to additional markets primarily located along the U.S. East Coast from Massachusetts to Florida, especially the Interstate 95 corridor, as well as in upstate New York [image-nocss] and Ohio.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Fleet One is an affiliate of SunTrust Banks Inc. Fleet One's products and services include private-label fuel card programs, electronic payment authorizations and billing, financial settlement, detailed reporting and more. Fleet One also offers Fleet One Local and Fleet One Over The Road fuel card programs for businesses with company vehicles.

Sunoco, headquartered in Philadelphia, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of petroleum and petrochemical products. With 900,000 barrels per day of refining capacity, nearly 4,700 retail sites selling gasoline and convenience items, approximately 5,400 miles of crude oil and refined product owned and operated pipelines and 38 product terminals, Sunoco is one of the largest independent refiner-marketers in the United States.
