Susser Holdings Corp. (Stripes Convenience Stores)

Susser Holdings Corp. operates its business in two primary operating segments. The retail segment operates 627 convenience stores in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, with 580 under the Stripes banner and 47 under the Sac-N-Pac banner. Restaurant service is available in approximately 400 of its stores, primarily under the proprietary Laredo Taco Company brand.

The wholesale segment purchases fuel from a number of refiners and supplies it to the company’s retail stores, to independently owned dealer stations under long-term supply agreements and to other commercial consumers of motor fuel. Susser Petroleum Partners distributes more than 1.4 billion gallons of motor fuel annually from major oil companies and independent refiners to the company’s Stripes convenience stores, as well as to independently operated sites and retail fuel outlets, including more than 1,300 other commercial customers in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
