Customers sometimes want something a little smaller, as Lindon, Utah-based cookie franchise Crumbl is finding out.
CSP sister publication Restaurant Business recently reported that the company has introduced “Mini Mondays,” selling a smaller version of its well-known large cookies.
Customers can purchase Mini Cookies in packs of three, six or 12 in the company’s signature pink box.
“This initiative is our response to the overwhelming demand for the Mini Cookies, which have been a customer favorite exclusive to the catering menu up to now,” Jason McGowan, co-founder and CEO of the 1,000-unit chain, said in a statement, Restaurant Business reported.
