FLINT, Mich. -- Patsy Lou Williamson's Patsy Lou automobile dealership in Flint Township, Mich., has opened a BP gas station, convenience store and car wash across the street from Patsy Lou Buick GMC. It is the dealership's newest business venture.
"We are offering our customers three cents off a gallon and free car washes," spokesperson Andrea Olson told The Flint Township Review.
She noted that the gasoline discount and car wash offer are for customers who purchase a vehicle from the Pasty Lou dealership, but the business is open to the public.
The company is planning a grand opening event, but no date is set yet, she added.
The business is owned by dealership owners Larry White, Don and Patsy Lou Williamson and by Corrigan Oil Co. of Brighton, Mich., according to a statement obtained by the newspaper. The management team is from Express Stop, a Saginaw, Mich.-based network of retail convenience stores serving mid-Michigan.
The company has hired approximately five people to operate the gas station and car wash, said the report.
