CINCINNATI -- Commercial and retail fueling equipment company OPW Fueling Components said that it has completed the acquisition of Environ Holdings Inc.
Acquiring one of the leaders in piping and secondary containment systems is very big for us, Jim Walton, OPW's vice president and general manager of environmental systems, told CSP Daily News. The deal brings us a critical mass. We will be the dominant player of all piping.
And Environ CEO Mike Webb said in the press release, We believe this union creates the kind of dynamic organization [image-nocss] that'll have a tremendous positive and beneficial impact on the industry and protection of the environment, greater than what either company could have had independent of one another.
