Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is celebrating National Hot Dog Day on July 19 by partnering with Oklahoma City-based Schwab Meat Co. to give customers a free hot dog or roller grill item at participating locations in 42 states.
“Our customers are always moving and love food options that are perfect for on the go,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of foodservice for Love’s, Oklahoma City, which is in the midst of updating 200 locations. “Giving out free items on National Hot Dog Day is a great way for us to thank our loyal customers and encourage them to try something new.”
Customers can access the barcode for their free hot dog or roller grill item on the Love’s Connect app from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. July 19. Love’s roller grill items include Schwab’s Finest Hot Dogs, Tornados, Roller Bites and more. A full selection of toppings is also available.
Oklahoma City-based Love’s, which has more than 610 locations in 42 states, recently added its first truck wash services to select travel stops and Speedco locations.
Love’s provides professional truck drivers and motorists with 24-hour access to purchase gasoline, diesel fuel, coffee, restaurant offerings and more. Love’s has more than 430 truck service centers, which include Speedco and Love’s Truck Care locations. Love’s and Speedco combined is the largest oil change, preventive maintenance and total truck care nationwide network with more than 1,500 maintenance bays and 1,200 emergency roadside vehicles available for customers.
