Based in Oklahoma City, the family-owned company operates more than 260 locations in 39 states and employs 6,700 people.
"Gilbarco Veeder-Root's superior quality, support and service network, made it a logical choice to continue our partnership," said Terry Ross, vice president [image-nocss] of construction for Love's.
The decision was based in part on Gilbarco's broad selection of dispensers for truckstops, including the first-of-its-kind Encore S DEF + 1 that provides Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) from one hose and Diesel fuel from another at the same fueling position, the company said.
"Travel plazas are looking for maximum uptime and minimal delays on their forecourt," said Chad Johnson, marketing manager at Gilbarco Veeder-Root.
Greensboro, N.C.-based Gilbarco Veeder-Root is the worldwide technology leader for retail and commercial fueling operations. It offers a broad range of integrated solutions from the forecourt to the convenience store and head office.
