Racing Mart Fuels Acquires Dinkbee’s

Deal includes convenience store, laundromat
racing mart fuels

KEENE, N.H. — Racing Mart Fuels LLC has acquired Dinkbee’s Convenience Store in Keene, N.H. The sale included a convenience store with gasoline and diesel fuel and a laundromat.

C-Store Investments LLC (CSI), Gilford, N.H., consulting firm that provides advisory services to the convenience store and retail petroleum industry handled the sale process for Toby Tousley and his wife, who owned and operated Dinkbee’s Convenience Store and Keene Klean Laundromat.

Originally, the property was a laundromat and the Tousleys added the store. They added Mobil-branded gasoline and diesel fuel in 2015. The store has no nearby competition and is near downtown Keene.

“We are excited to take over from Toby and plug this profitable site into our growing chain,” said Johnny Kayrouz, president of Racing Mart Fuels. “We are always looking to grow by acquiring manageable, profitable businesses and this one suited us very well.”

Kayrouz founded Westborough, Mass.-based Racing Mart Fuels in 2006.
