1. Mark Klindera, UNOX Inc.
UNOX INC., a commercial-oven manufacturer based in Denver, N.C., has appointed a new president of its North America division. Mark Klindera will direct the company’s vision for growth while maintaining the culture of the organization. UNOX has offices in 35 countries and employs about 600 workers.
2. Dustin Snyder, Fransmart
As the new chief operating officer of restaurant franchise development company Fransmart, Dustin Snyder is not a bad person to know. The Alexandria, Va.-based company contributed to the growth of brands such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries and The Halal Guys. Last summer, Locali, a Los Angeles-based healthy c-store concept, began partnering with Fransmart to develop its franchise activity. Snyder is charged with optimizing the company’s franchise marketing and sales productivity.

3. Rachael Sassarini, Unified Brands
Foodservice equipment manufacturer Unified Brands has added two new business development mangers to its accounts team.
In Mesa, Ariz., Rachael Sassarini will cover the western territory, developing the company’s K-12 business.
While Sassarini joins the company from a medical device manufacturing firm, she has hands-on experience in the foodservice industry as a co-owner and operator of a family catering business.
The Conyers, Ga.-based company’s product lines include Groen, CapKold, Randell, Avtec, A la Cart and Power Soak.
4. Derek Brodt, Unified Brands
Derek Brodt has joined Unified Brands' institutional accounts team as business development manager for the eastern territory. In his new role, Brodt will be based in Orlando, Fla., and will focus on developing and managing Unified’s healthcare businesses across the United States.
Brodt most recently was a production manager overseeing Unified Brands' Groen product line.
5. Kenny Stratton, Grindmaster-Cecilware
Grindmaster-Cecilware has selected a new vice president of National Accounts. Kenny Stratton will oversee sales activities for the department.
Stratton has been with the Louisville, Ky.-based company for five years. His most recently role as national account director led to a period of overall sales growth, according to the company, a manufacturer of commercial beverage and cooking equipment.
Before Grindmaster-Cecilware, Stratton directed business development at Franke Coffee Systems. Prior to that, he was a district sales manager for Bunn.
Last spring, Electrolux acquired Grindmaster-Cecilware, adding the Grindmaster, Cecilware, Crathco and American Metal Ware brands to its banner. Grindmaster-Cecilware operates manufacturing facilities in Louisville and Rayong, Thailand.
