WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — Convenience-store retailer Cumberland Farms will offer any small or large fountain beverage from its Chill Zone—including its frozen Hyperfreeze—for 79 cents this summer.

The promotion begins June 26 and runs through Sept. 3 at all Cumberland Farms locations. This marks the first Chill Zone promotion since the chain offered customers a free Chill Zone beverage with the purchase of a hot pretzel for National Pretzel Day in April.

Cumberland Farms added the Hyperfreeze line to its portfolio in 2016. The frozen beverage comes in 13 unique flavor combinations that can be mixed together in a single serving. Varieties include Sour Apple Shock, Sucka Punch, Pinka Saurus, Cotton Candy Commander, Lemonaze, Mad Cola, Purple Palooza, Strawberry Monkey, Monkey Freeze, Lotta Melon, Berry Backlash, Red Rage and Orange Octane. Cumberland Farms frequently encourages customers to share their Hyperfreeze flavor combinations via social media using the hashtag #GotMyCumbys.

Westborough, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms has more than 560 c-stores in New England, New York and Florida. It is No. 15 on CSP’s 2019 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by number of retail outlets.
