They say everything’s bigger in Texas, and that was certainly true for the seventh annual FARE conference. Held June 16-18 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas, the conference was bursting at the seams with more than 1,000 attendees, dozens of great speakers, a culinary competition and an exceptional expo. While kids still largely prefer the typical pizza, chips and soda, ethnic foods are trickling down to youth. Those staples of chicken and pizza, however, do have a value differentiation across the generational spectrum.
