With headquarters in Manchester, Missouri, Midwest Petroleum Corp. operates 56 convenience stores in Illinois and Missouri branded Midwest or flying the fuel brand.

There are 44 sites in Missouri, all but one with fuel, and 12 locations in Illinois. Phillips66/Conoco is sold at 19 sites, and ZX (Zephyr Xpress) unbranded at 36 sites. The non-fuel location is a stand-alone Smokes-Spirits store, according to the company's vice president of finance. A new Midwest Petroleum website is under construction this year.
