Martin & Bayley operates Huck’s, a chain of regional, large-format convenience stores operating with a customer-first philosophy and a staff of 1,500 people who take part in a free employee stock purchase program.

The chain differentiates its stores from competitors by offering brands and new products that few competitors sell, such as oil, bacon, fried chicken and wine under "control" brands.
