Petroleum Wholesale LP is a family-owned fuel company that sells and distributes branded and wholesale gasoline and on- and off-road diesel and lubricants; offers fuel transportation services; and operates convenience stores and truckstops. Petroleum Wholesale services more than 200 retail locations, with its Sunmart convenience stores in Texas, Utah, Wyoming and Florida.
A new concept called Main Street Market opened in Midland/Odessa, Texas, in 2015. Target customers for the c-stores vary by location, with truckstops catering more to travelers and sites in residential areas offering products that cater to walk-by traffic, families or stop-and-go customers. The company boasts its family focus, saying it treats both employees and customers like family. Petroleum Wholesalers also operates a pipeline-fed terminal in Houston and four bulk plant terminals in Utah servicing more than 1,500 commercial, retail and governmental customers with lubricants, greases and bulk fuel.
