LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Continuing a buying spree that has been going on for several years, Majors Management LLC, Lawrenceville, Ga., acquired 17 stores in November in three separate deals.

It acquired six c-stores from Bay Shores Oil Inc., Fairhope, Ala. The sites are located in Baldwin County, Ala., and the acquisition further expands Majors Management’s footprint in the state.

The company also acquired 10 Chevron-branded c-stores, the dealer wholesale business and the commercial fuels and lubricants business and associated bulk plant facility in East Texas from Morgan Oil Co. Inc., Nacogdoches, Texas.

And it purchased the K&H Truck Plaza in Gilman, Ill., representing Majors Management’s first foray into Illinois.

In the last three years, Majors Management has completed 16 acquisitions across 12 states, including 69 c-stores from Circle K in Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia in late 2021.
