Liquid Hydration, a vegan electrolyte drinks, was created by former athletes in collaboration with experienced beverage formulators. Packed with naturally occurring electrolytes, minerals and carbohydrates, the drinks use 5% watermelon juice, six essential vitamins and vegan branched-chain amino acids formulated with plants. Each of four flavors—Black Cherry Pomegranate, Orange Mango, Strawberry Banana and Peach—contains fewer than 30 calories and is low in carbs.
