Prairie City Bakery launched bulk Sweet Cinnamon Rolls, offering layers of cinnamon with cream cheese icing and packed in a 4-count tray with 10 trays per case. The muffins are served in a tulip cup, and operators just need to thaw the product. It has a 45-day shelf life from thaw. Also debuting are Coffee House Muffins in Blueberry and Banana Nut flavors.
