  • H&S Energy Products acquired Carmichael-based California Retail Management’s 26-station portfolio, including 12 Extra Mile c-stores, in northern California and Nevada.
  • Minuteman Food Mart, a division of Campbell Oil Co., Elizabethtown, N.C., acquired Friendly Mart Food Stores, an 18-store chain based in Mount Olive, N.C.

  • H&S Energy Products LLC, Orange, California, acquired a privately held 20-station portfolio in Southern California.

  • CrossAmerica Partners LP, Allentown, Pennsylvania, acquired 39 dealer-owned locations, 34 subjobber accounts and two commission locations (one fee based and one lease), from Community Service Stations Inc., Framingham, Massachusetts.
  • Petroleum Marketing Group Inc., Falls Church, Va., acquired 19 c-stores and the wholesale dealer business from Holt Oil Co. Inc., Fayetteville, North Carolina.

  • 7E CO Holdings LLC, a division of Monfort Cos., acquired 19 gas and c-store locations in southwestern Oklahoma from Brent Bostick, president of Bostick and Associates, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, to be operated under the Chisholm Corner brand.
