2022 Outlook Survey

Labor, fees and fuel are the primary issues facing convenience stores as the new year approaches, retailers said in CSP’s latest Outlook Survey. A whopping 92% said they are still struggling to hire people. Still 69% of those surveyed anticipate 2022 total sales will be much higher or somewhat higher compared with 2021.
