Because one slideshow simply isn’t big enough for all there was to see at the 2023 NACS Show, here’s Part 2 of foodservice equipment and technology offerings on display in Atlanta last week.
Products included a roll of bags that mounts under a counter to a cooler holding alcohol beverages that unlocks after the customer’s age is verified when they insert their driver’s license into a machine.

Compared with Flexeserve’s two-tier countertop models, which are the same footprint and power supply, operators can display 60% more hot food and a range of accessories that increase the appeal and visibility of grab-and-go offers. Zone Xtra has two multi-temp zones capable of hot-holding products with different temperature requirements.

Huntington Park, California-based Crown Poly Pak-It-Full bagging system sells T-Sak bags that come in a roll that can be mounted under a counter. Bags measure 10.75 inches by 6.25 inches by 20 inches and are strong enough to hold a dozen chicken wings or two 6-packs of beverages, the company said. Bags also are big enough to hold three 9-inch-by-9-inch foam containers. The small roll contains 90 to 100 bags, the large roll about 250.
Due North, Toronto, sells an age verification cooler that unlocks its door after the customer inserts a driver’s license into the machine alongside the cooler and a camera validates that the face matches the person buying the alcohol beverage.
Save energy with St. Paul, Minnesota-based Ecolab’s Low-Temp Undercounter Dishmachine, which holds one rack and features a wash time of 90 seconds, or 25 racks per hour. Energy Star 2.0 certified, the 120-volt machine uses 0.84 gallons per rack with one-pass wash results. The minimum wash and rinse temperature is 120 degrees, and the unit measures 24 inches wide and 34 inches tall. It needs 27.8 inches for depth—or about 44 inches deep with the door open.
The point-of-sale Clover Station from South Jordan, Utah-based Monify allows adding as many apps as needed. The Clover App Market has more than 250 apps, several free, that allow for tracking inventory, sales, time clocks, promotions and more.
