1. S.Pellegrino
The new S.Pellegrino can design draws inspiration from the classic S.Pellegrino bottles, according to the Stamford, Conn.-based company. This includes the brand's recognizable green hue and iconic red star, all overlaid on metallic silver. Artwork on the single-serve cans and on the eight-can fridge pack includes an image of the Art Nouveau building of San Pellegrino Terme in Italy set against the Alps mountain range. S.Pellegrino cans are available nationwide starting in late August 2018. The product will be available in eight-can fridge packs and single-serve formats for on-the-go consumption, with a suggested retail price of $6.99 for the fridge pack.

2. Shamrock Farms
Shamrock Farms has launched new packaging across its portfolio of premium ready-to-drink protein milk shakes, cold-brew coffee and single-serve milk products. The new look, which includes redesigned clear PET bottles and vibrant graphics, highlights the start of a companywide evolution to more prominently display Shamrock Farms' centurylong commitment to purity and freshness, the company said. Bold typography outlines key product health benefits such as high protein and low calorie count, while flavor-depicting imagery and signature green tops help accentuate the taste. The repackaging includes Shamrock Farms’ Rockin' Protein and Cold Brew Coffee & Milk products.

4. Brooklyn Crafted
Brooklyn Crafted has rebranded its line of craft ginger beer and ginger ale. 5. HeatGenie
HeatGenie, an innovator in self-heating, ready-to-drink beverage packaging, has closed a $6 million round of funding led by Artis Labs with additional financing from Almanac Investments and private investors. With this round of funding, HeatGenie will complete product development and move into commercialization, working with ready-to-drink beverage brands to launch in the marketplace, the company said. HeatGenie brings the consumer-packaged-goods market a patented, self-heating innovation that integrates into packaging, allowing consumers to heat drinks on the go. Future product development could include coffee, tea, soup, broth, sake and more, the Austin, Texas-based company said.
6. Xanthic
Toronto-based Xanthic Biopharma Inc. (formerly Aurquest Resources Inc.) has rebranded its U.S.-based strategic partner, Avitas CBD Water LLC, as Xanthic Beverages. Concurrent with the corporate name change, Xanthic Beverages rebranded its flagship product, Avitas CBD Water, to Xanthic CBD Water. These changes are expected to reinforce Xanthic's national brand proposition in the United States and expand the visibility of Xanthic's expertise in water solubility of cannabinoids, the company said.
Xanthic CBD Water uses CBD, a cannabis compound, that is not derived from hemp or marijuana, allowing for production in a good manufacturing practice facility and distribution outside the licensed dispensary universe, the company said. Xanthic CBD Water is produced and distributed by a PepsiCo-contracted bottler, reaching more than 500 grocery and convenience-store retail locations across eastern Washington and northeast Oregon.
