Bacon Named PDQ's SE Business Development Manager

Will assess markets, evaluate sites, help select equipment for washes

DE PERE, Wis. -- Robert Bacon has been named PDQ Manufacturing Inc.'s business development manager (BDM) for the southeastern United States.

Based in Atlanta, Bacon is responsible for helping PDQ distributors serve customers throughout the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Among his responsibilities are providing distributors and car wash owners with assistance in assessing markets, evaluating potential sites, selecting the best equipment for their [image-nocss] needs, developing their wash businesses and maximizing their return on investment.

Bacon joined PDQ in February. His 18-year business career has encompassed extensive experience in industrial equipment sales and investment firm ownership.

PDQ's vice president of distribution, David Wingert, said, Robert exemplifies PDQ's commitment to helping distributors and customers become as successful as possible. His knowledge of both equipment and business practices provide the expertise to help our customers before and after the sale.

PDQ makes vehicle wash systems sold and supported worldwide through an extensive distribution network. Brands include LaserWash In-Bay Automatics, MaxAir Dryers, Access Customer Management Systems, and SpectraWash+ Conveyorized Tunnel Systems.
