According to Technomic’s MenuMonitor c-store database, which features menus from 40 c-store retailers in the United States, the most common hot beverage offered by operators is coffee, available for an average price of $1.54.
The average price of espresso on c-store retailers’ menus increased by 42 cents from 2016 to 2017, while the price of macchiatos decreased by 52 cents.
