In a June forum sponsored by Scientific Games, in which CSP was the sole media invited, managers of lottery sales for several major U.S. c-store chains acknowledged their pains and shared a Rodney Dangerfield-style lament about the category getting no respect. And they shared something else: the belief that the lottery holds untapped potential to bolster the bottom line.
