Maverik has launched a new fresh-baked cookie flavor—stuffed mint cookie. The newest treat is a chocolate cookie with mint fondant filling.

  •  Maverik is No. 21 on CSP's 2023 Top 202 ranking of the largest c-store chains in the country.

The Salt Lake City-based convenience-store chain is offering Nitro card and Adventure Club members half off one of its fresh-baked cookies in honor of National Cookie Day on Dec. 4.

“Maverik fans love our stuffed cookies and presenting a traditional seasonal flavor combination in a new and creative way is really fun for Cookie Day!” said Kyle Lore, corporate research and development chef at Maverik. “We’re continually innovating our fresh-baked treats and our stuffed cookies will be a staple accompanying other recipes featuring real butter, cane sugar and other high-quality ingredients.”

Maverik operates approximately 400 stores in 12 states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. It also acquired the Kum & Go c-store chain in April 2023, adding approximately 400 more locations.
