Cumberland Farms has long nurtured its hot and iced coffee program—a reputation that got an unexpected boost from 500 stolen David Hasselhoff cardboard cutouts. Last Summer, Cumberland Farms introduced its next-generation stores, complete with brand-new cafe options. The Westborough, Mass.-based company added espressos, cappuccinos and lattes. For a frictionless experience, customers can even order via self-service kiosks with the new design. The c-store also runs promotions to create more buzz around the 99-cent coffee, such as offering fans the chance to win $100 Cumberland Farms gift cards if they share photos of their #CumbysCoffee.
