Cheez-It, a Kellogg Co. brand, has opened the “Cheez-It Stop,” featuring the world’s first and only Cheez-It Pump, a free roadside stop for customers that pumps a stream of Cheez-It bags right into their car window.
The Cheez-It Stop is open for one week only, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. PST June 5 to June 11 at the site of The Station Joshua Tree on Palms Highway in Joshua Tree, California. The station is a transformed 1949 Richfield service station selling souvenirs, t-shirts, blankets, gifts, jewelry, vintage, beverages and more, according to The Station website.
“We know many Cheez-It fans love to travel, and they never hit the road without their beloved Cheez-It,” said Erin Storm, brand senior director for Cheez-It. “We created this brand-first desert outpost to capture the excitement of summer road trips and encourage fans who Want It. Need It. Cheez-It. to fuel up throughout their adventures. The Cheez-It Stop will wow with exclusive merch, massive, sharable Cheez-It visuals and aisles stocked with our famous crackers—we can't wait to see you there.”
Inside the Cheez-It Stop, customers will find mementos and hard-to-find Cheez-It flavors. The Instagram-worthy aisles are stocked with road trip essentials like nostalgic Cheez-It Stop collectables, exclusive cheezy merch and a variety of Cheez-It flavors, the company said.
