Spunkmeyer Adds Senior VP to Supply Chain

Poole takes on newly created job

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. -- Otis Spunkmeyer Inc. has hired Rick Poole as senior vice president of supply chain. This is a newly created position and plays a key role in the organization's strategy for future growth and expansion.

Rick's background is extensive and he has a wealth of management experience and knowledge in manufacturing, planning and logistics; his addition is going to help take Otis Spunkmeyer to the next level, said John Schiavo, CEO of Otis Spunkmeyer. He's going to play an integral role in our future growth.

Poole [image-nocss] has more than 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Clorox, Booze, Allen & Hamilton, Allied Signal, Pepsico and most recently, as the vice president of operations/supply chain with Johnson & Johnson.
