Rick's background is extensive and he has a wealth of management experience and knowledge in manufacturing, planning and logistics; his addition is going to help take Otis Spunkmeyer to the next level, said John Schiavo, CEO of Otis Spunkmeyer. Poole [image-nocss] has more than 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Clorox, Booze, Allen & Hamilton, Allied Signal, Pepsico and most recently, as the vice president of operations/supply chain with Johnson & Johnson.
