Alicia Cleary, a long-time Anheuser-Busch marketing representative, has joined VideoMining LLC as vice president of marketing and industry relations.

Cleary brings years of experience working in both the beer and convenience industries, most recently as senior director of industry relations for Anheuser-Busch InBev, St. Louis. There she was responsible for industry engagement and retailer partnerships, along with all business-to-business marketing, thought leadership and corporate branding initiatives.

Cleary has also served on various NACS committees and is currently a NACS board member.

“Alicia is an accomplished marketing leader in our industry, and we are thrilled that she has chosen to bring her dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit to VideoMining,” said Rajeev Sharma, founder and CEO of VideoMining. “The addition of Alicia to the executive team is a key part of VideoMining’s commitment to help retailers and CPG suppliers leverage behavioral insights to unlock growth in a dynamic retail environment. Alicia’s unique experience will help foster partnerships for mutually beneficial growth and channel development.”

Cleary will lead all efforts for marketing, branding, corporate identity and public relations for VideoMining. Cleary will also continue to serve as a key partner and supporter of retailing communities and industry organizations.

“As shopper behaviors and preferences continue to evolve rapidly, it is now more critical than ever that retailers and suppliers build their in-store experience and merchandising strategies upon a foundational understanding of the path to purchase,” Cleary said.

VideoMining, State College, Pennsylvania, provides in-store shopper behavior data and insights to CPG manufacturers and retailers, creating visibility into the complete in-store path-to-purchase to help drive return on investment from investments in shopper marketing, category management and store/brand innovation.
