Convenience-store retailer and fuel supplier Majors Management will use Gravitate as its software partner to help enhance its fuel supply and carrier management processes. The Lawrenceville, Georgia-based company has begun implementing Gravitate’s flagship Supply and Dispatch platform across its 1,400 retail and dealer locations. It expects the platform to be live by the summer driving season.

  • Majors Management is No. 31 on CSP’s 2025 Top 40 Update to the 2024 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count. Watch for the full 2025 Top 202 ranking in the June issue of CSP magazine and in CSP Daily News.

Majors Management purchases hundreds of millions of gallons of fuel each year and works with a portfolio of carrier partners to deliver and execute the logistics operations. The new Gravitate solution will provide enhanced functionality by managing supply contracts, creating real-time supply valuations, supply optimization and best buy, order status and estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), inventory management, order generation and carrier dispatch, the company said.

“As Majors continues to grow, the efficiency of our operations is increasingly important,” Ismail Uzdil, senior vice president of fuels for Majors Management, said. “We have a well-diversified supply portfolio and great carriers, but we needed the right software solution to optimize our supply decisions and logistics execution.”

The Gravitate Supply and Carrier Management solution adds new functionality to its existing Supply and Dispatch suite by connecting fuel retailers and common carriers via its new Crossroads integration framework. The new suite enables fuel retailers without trucks to gain more control and visibility over their supply chains, source dynamically and quickly communicate with carriers. The new solution also adds new modules such as Freight Invoicing and Billing and Supplier Invoice Reconciliation.

Gravitate is a software company that provides artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled collaboration and decision support solutions in the refined fuels value chain. It helps convenience-store operators, fuel wholesalers, distributors and refiners get more from their supply chains. Other clients of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Gravitate include Kwik Trip, Sheetz, Casey’s General Stores, Huck’s, Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Nouria and R.B. Stewart.
