Chicago-based Foxtrot Market, an upscale c-store and delivery concept, features a coffee bar with espresso from local retailer Metric Coffee. For its September cafe special, the c-store showcased its Iced Mocha Matcha. The beverage teeters between indulgent and wholesome with a blend of melted chocolate poured over a matcha latte.
