Stryve’s Original Gourmet Beef Biltong is made with natural ingredients and cured for 21 days before being packaged. The meat snack is health in a bag: Each pouch contains 36 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fat and 180 calories. Stryve’s Beef Biltong comes in five four flavors: Original, Zesty Garlic, Peri-Peri, Smoked and Teriyaki. Stryve Foods acquired Biltong USA in January 2018.
